The first three years at Temptation have brought many accolades. In February of 2005, Bon Appétit called them "one of the top 10 new restaurants of the Caribbean."

In the previous November, Caribbean Travel and Life said Dutch "St Maarten has a burgeoning scene evidenced by Temptation, which is a showcase for island born and Culinary Institute of American trained chef and owner Dino Jagtiani ..."

Dino received a silver medal winner at the Taste of St Maarten competition and will be participating in the Taste of the Caribbean in Miami in June of 2005.

He will also represent St Maarten at this year's Caribbean Travel Organization in NYC in June 2005 as a chef. Part of this effort entails cooking a dinner at the United Nations and preparing the menu for the final ball at the Waldorf Astoria.
